What we collect
Your account email, the business profile you set up (company, offer, proof points), the prospect URLs you research, and the messages generated for you.
Why we collect it
To run the product: research targets, generate personalized outreach, keep your history available, and enforce plan limits.
AI processing
Prospect page content and your business profile are sent to our AI provider to generate messages. They are not used to train public models.
Gmail data: what we access
If you choose to connect Gmail, GoodReply requests these Google permissions: gmail.send (to send the outreach emails, follow-ups and replies you create or approve), gmail.readonly (to detect replies from prospects you emailed through GoodReply and show the conversation), gmail.modify (to mark those replies as read), and your basic profile and email address (to identify the connected mailbox).
Gmail data: how we use it
We only read messages in threads that GoodReply started or that come from prospects you contacted through GoodReply. We use that content solely to show you the conversation, draft suggested replies, and send replies when you have turned on Reply Autopilot. We never read unrelated personal mail, never send email you did not create, approve or schedule, and never use Gmail data for advertising.
Gmail data: sharing, storage and AI
Gmail data is never sold and never shared with third parties, except our AI provider which processes reply content only to draft your response; it is not used to train any AI model. Access tokens are stored encrypted. Humans at GoodReply do not read your Gmail data unless you ask us for support, it is required for security or legal reasons, or the data is aggregated and anonymized.
Gmail data: revoking access
You can disconnect Gmail anytime in Integrations, or remove GoodReply at myaccount.google.com/permissions. On disconnect we delete stored tokens; you can ask us to delete stored conversation data at hello@goodreply.in.
Google API Services User Data Policy
GoodReply's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Teammates you invite into a company can see that company's shared activity and history.
Cookies, preferences and homepage chat
We use cookies and browser storage for authentication, preferences and referral attribution. See our Cookie Policy for details and controls. The homepage chat uses the current conversation to respond and does not save its transcript in your account or browser storage. Messages are processed by our AI provider to generate replies.
Retention & deletion
Your data stays until you delete it or close your account. Email us and we will remove your account and its data.
